 About the role

In this role, you will lead and develop the local sales team, execute commercial strategies at EMEA level, grow key customer relationships, and oversee related sales operations activities, including key Order-to-Cash processes. By fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence, you will contribute directly to business performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term market success.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the local sales team, ensuring high engagement, performance and continuous feedback through structured coaching and evaluations.
  • Ensure strategic alignment and communication by organizing monthly sales meetings, cascading top-down priorities and gathering market intelligence from the team.
  • Drive process implementation and onboarding, coordinating the rollout of new tools, formats and systems while ensuring new hires integrate successfully.
  • Coordinate the local budgeting process, consolidating inputs from the team and ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with commercial goals.
  • Execute the commercial strategy at EMEA level, ensuring operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration and consistent progress toward long-term business growth objectives.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key customers, strengthening long-term relationships, identifying business opportunities and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support and coordinate key Order-to-Cash activities, ensuring efficient order management, issue resolution, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor business performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across sales, customer service, and Order-to-Cash processes.

 

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • You have a master's degree or equivalent education, along with solid professional experience in sales, business development, or commercial management, ideally in an international environment.
  • You have proven experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to motivate employees, manage performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • You have strong commercial acumen and experience implementing sales strategies, driving business growth, and managing customer relationships.
  • You have knowledge of the automotive market.
  • You are comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and customer service operations.
  • You are willing to travel regularly.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
