Within the group our Unit PPD has dedicated R&D, sales and technical support centers offering a broad product portfolio. By working closely with our customers we are able to provide materials that best meet their needs. Our customers belong to the automotive sector (60%), construction activities (30%) and other industries (10%). We notably develops a wide range of specific and value-added solutions, based on PVC and thermoplastic elastomeric (TPE) compounds.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team by building and maintaining strong customer relationship
- Preparing and following up on offers, orders, and contract with our system
- Coordinating and aligning with internal departments (e.g., logistics, production, procurement)
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Preparing and assisting with trade fairs, presentations, and customer meetings
- Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities
- Creating reports, statistics, and presentations for management
- Development of pricing strategies and mechanisms
Your Profile:
- University degree or any apprenticeship in a related field
- Experience in sales support or inside sales, ideally in the chemical industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and team spirit
- Independent and structured way of working with a customer-oriented mindset
