About the role:

The Process Operator mainly works in the clean room and chemical area, preparing chemicals and producing carbon fiber impregnated FMC sheets according to production planning. They collaborate closely with the production team, quality assurance, maintenance, and safety departments to ensure efficient and safe production.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring safe work practices, housekeeping, and 5S standards in the plant
  • Preparing chemical mixtures according to the production plan
  • Operating composite production equipment
  • Supporting maintenance processes and routine controls
  • Collaborating with the Logistics department for internal material handling, and loading/unloading of raw materials, waste, and finished goods when necessary

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • Several years of relevant experience in industrial plants, preferably in the chemical industry, with knowledge of hazardous materials and chemicals, and ability to draft operative production instructions
  • Basic knowledge of firefighting and first aid
  • Understanding of EHS rules in an industrial plant
  • Experienced MS Officer user
  • High level of discipline to work safely and accurately
  • Native Italian speaker with good knowledge of English
